“Casa Cascada is very clean, comfortable and pretty. The location is great too - an easy 10-minute walk to the port and tourist area, or a $2 taxi ride. There are also lots of great local restaurants that are very cheap on that 10-minute walk from the hotel to downtown. My room was big with air conditioning, a large window and a private bathroom. Although it had two beds, the owners don't ask you to share with any other guests. The owners Rocio and Sandro, and their son Alessandro went above and……

The towels appeared to have been washed but smelt VERY bad, as if they had been put away while still very damp. We saw no hot water come out of the taps for the first 24 hours of our stay, despite trying periodically.
